Kimchi Farmers

JiYoung and Mom are holding Kimchi class this month and it’s truly authentic. The Park and Park farmers are up early to clear the cabbage, dry it out in the sun and “kimchi-ize” it. I don’t know what they do, but the Niki’s Kitchen people love it and it is really delicious!!

My favorite Korean celebrity… HyoLee has a new commercial out for Vidal Sassoon. She’s done great work with Samsung Anycall, CK Jeans and now VS. She’s a rockstar and keeps proving that she’s got it!!

Finally it’s here. The World Cup 2006. It’s been both a long professional and personal journey. The games were amazing, the cheering red devils [8mg movie] were a sight to see and Germany was… German!! Sausages and all… I had a great time with the whole Korea team as the honorary Korean in the group!!
