As we roam the streets of shanghai you can’t help but get accosted by people selling fake goods on the street but what was slightly more shocking were the full on DVD shops that don’t rent anything but freely sell counterfeit DVDs – of varying quality – for between $1 – $1.50. I mean a full on store with receipts and business cards … Not some shady guy with a suitcase of stuff. This shop, which is so smartly named “even better than dvd world” is conveniently located to – you guessed it – DVD WORLD!! I love it here!!

After Human Race events in Shanghai and Wuha, we took the team out to dinner – and we dug into a little bit of everything. Delicious!!

1 year after the Olympics the china team held the first two of 5 Human Races in shanghai and wuhan. 25k crazy runners overcame a 7.30a start and pending typhoon to come out and run. Still and insanely crazy event – can’t wait till 10.24 in guangzo.

…and where am I going? Finishing almost 2 weeks of greater china travel. Lots of short trips to big and small cities. So interesting. So exciting. So many delays. Where to next??
