So we took to the coast for our latest Marketing Workshop to enjoy some good shrimp and drink. Take about fresh food. For dinner, they have these burners at every table and they are heating up a bowl of salt. When the salt gets hot enough the grab a handful of live shrimps, toss them in there and slam the lid shut. They jump, bustle and eventually die. About 5 minutes later they are good to go… head, tail and all. Sounds crazy but it was delicious. We even went shashimi style for a while just grabbing the live ones out of the bucket, snapping their heads and eating them raw… yummy!!
