New places. New faces. New teams. New families. The Nike Korea Marketing Team at our second team dinner just after the new year. It’s been about 7 months and the team is starting to come together well… still have some work to do, but getting there :)
Underneath the giant COEX Mall, believe it or not, their is a HUGE aquarium. OK, not Blue Whale huge but underwater tunnels and sharks huge. Truth be told, bigger than I thought it would be… but regardless, the last day of Lunar New Year – when everything is pretty much closed – Eggi and I ventured to the world of fish (which ironically has a big seafood restaurant attached to it) for some fun, funny faces and salt water wonders.

Lunar New Year. First Round World Club Qualifier. Kuwait. A great way to start our march to VICTORY! A freezing cold evening at -5 celcius with a slight breeze passing through Sangnam Stadium. JiYoung and I had awesome seats (HERE) and must have been good luck with the team getting to work right away, scoring a goal half way through the first half. The second half saw Kuwait wake up a bit with some offense, but the boys in red struck again sealing the 2-0 victory. Cornerkick!!
