The Vikings organization and Coach Green reached an agreement (worth lots of $$) to part ways today. It definitely begs the question, in the competitive world of professional sports, is one bad season after a lot of really close ones mean you’re never going to make it? Or is it that final inch of pain before the taste of victory and glory? I guess Red McCombs will never know! Goodbye Denny! [01.04.02]
