Today i’m thinking about death. Not in a particularly unhealthy way, just something that has been a recurring theme recently for reasons that don’t need to be explained here. But in thinking about the end of life, for me, it just underscores what so many great people have said in the past. Buddha teaches us to work to open others to their own potential. Ghandi asked us to be the change we want to see. Change. Enlightenment. Compassion. These are the things that make our time here important – so I ask you to LIGHTEN UP! I know, absurd coming from me, but LIGHTEN UP! Say something nice to someone today. Be a little more understanding. Do something unexpected for someone. Help someone you don’t know. Leave the office early to JUST BE!
